Wisdom teeth (sometimes referred to as third molars), are the last teeth to erupt in the mouth, typically in the late teen to early adult years. Wisdom teeth may need to be removed for several reasons, such them coming out at an angle. Although some people are lucky to not encounter issues with their wisdom teeth, many people will experience complications with them.
At Station Dental, we will be able to assess the condition of your wisdom teeth to see if they will cause any further concerns. If advised for your case, we can assist with your wisdom teeth removal. We usually require an OPG and CBCT cone beam x-ray for safe removal – which can be arranged on the day of your consultation with us.
